Our body requires sufficient amino acids for production and maintenance of enzymes, collagen, neurotransmitters or transport mechanisms. Hemp oil is rich in vital amino acids, is nutrient dense and does not contain THC (Tetrahydrocannibinol). Add to smoothies and salads or you can also directly apply it on your skin. Refrigerate the oil to ensure freshness.

Have you ever thought of supplements that are marketed with a claim saying that they are ‘Equivalent to 40 C or 2 lbs of a vegetable’?

I always wonder about these nutrient claims. I agree that the soils are depleted in nutrients and we are overloaded with toxins for which we need more nutrients to help the body eliminate them. But to say that it is an equivalent, is not possible.

What About Amino Acids?

A huge amount of what our body does is dependent on sufficient Amino acids – whether it is the thousands of enzymes in our bodies or the 29 types of collagen/connective tissue or neurotransmiters/neuropeptides or transport mechanisms. No matter what, the body is very dependent on Amino acids. Some our bodies can make, some it can’t.  Therefore, we need to get it in our diet – and those are called ‘essential’.

So regardless of the diet we follow: vegan, vegetarian, paleo or Mediterranean, we need to get sufficient Amino acids. If we follow a more paleo or Mediterranean diet, we might be getting our Amino acids – but, we don’t know to what degree they have been altered by injections and GMO feed.

Hemp Oil

A good thing to add to your daily diet is Hemp oil.

  • It is much more nutrient-dense than marijuana and is devoid of THC (Tetrahydrocannibinol) levels.
  • In addition, it also has Omega 3s, fiber and other nutrients along with all the vital Amino acids.

You can apply it on your skin, add it into smoothies and salads. Ensure that you store it in the fridge.

In addition, there are a wide number of studies showing how beneficial it is to so many aspects of your physical health and well being. And it even benefits your mental health and well being. Suffice to say that it is essential to include hemp oil and seeds in your daily diet.
