Fabric softeners have harsh chemicals that can aggravate the skin, but white distilled vinegar is a natural fabric softener. Add 1⁄2 cup during the wash cycle, but never mix vinegar and bleach, as it produces toxic fumes.
Restores Body’s pH Balance
The pH balance of the body is a measure of its acidity level. Our bodies are pH balanced at 7.1 to no higher than 7.7, and above 8.0 is too alkaline, and below 6.9 is acidic. When the body is too acidic it becomes inadequate at fighting disease, making us more vulnerable to illness. For some reason I'm not able to see videos. Started out okay, but now it's stopped. Not quite sure what the problem is.
Use maybe 2-3 tablespoons with a drop or two of coconut oil. Add filtered water. I do this because we have hard water and the build up in the hair is too much. So add the filtered water, and after you shampoo, rinse your hair in the end with this. I dip my hair length in the mug and swish around. After a few minute of swishing, I pour the ACV water on my scalp and thoroughly scrub. I don't wash it off. The ACV smell is a bit much. So if you would like, you can add a drop or two of essential oil as well. When the hair air dries, the smell will disappear. Extremely effective for hard water or product build up in hair.

Prabhjyot Singh, this works for back pain from injury or strain. Don't know if it will help ankylosing spondylitis. The AC Vinegar contains malic acid, which breaks down the lactic acid formed from an injury or strain. It may help you with the pain, but I have tried it for tendonitis, with very little results, probably because the problem was not due to inflammation from lactic acid.
This needs to be followed exactly, Marilyn, using a timer.: Fill tub with 4" of hot water- hot as you can stand- use your hand to measure it--4" will touch the beginning of your finger joints in your hand. Add 2 cups of AC vinegar. Get in the tub, lie on back for 8 minutes, timed. If it is more, you will get too weak, and possibly faint, because you will sweat profusely. Get out and air dry. Then get under a blanket and sweat some more. Good to do at night before bed. May drink an electrolyte-balance drink afterwards, like organic Gatorade or something better than that brand. You can do the bath daily with no side effects, except you will really notice an improved or totally remedied condition. Easy to remember recipe-4x2=8: 4", 2 cups, 8 minutes.
