Take 2 tbsp sugar cane juice and 2-3 tsp of turmeric powder. Make a paste and apply. Applying coconut oil can also help. Avocado has strong anti-aging properties. To make mask, add avocado paste form 1/2 an avocado, 2 tbsp flax-seed powder, 2 tbsp fresh cream and 1 tsp honey. Mix well and apply. Drink plenty of water and avoid stress and smoking.

Natural homemade paste – Make the paste using (1-2 tbsp.) of sugar cane juice and (2-3 tsps.) turmeric powder. Gently apply on fine lines and wrinkles and let it dry for 10-15 minutes, then wash your face using clean water. This is one of the most effective natural remedy for wrinkles.

Coconut oil – Rubbing down wrinkles around the eyes, neck, and other areas with coconut oil before sleep increases blood circulation and promote relaxation to the skin. This is an effective way to get rid of wrinkles

Avacado Mask – Avocado fruit is loaded with anti-aging elements. To make the mask, scoop out the paste of half an avocado. Grind the flaxseeds (2 tbsps.) to get its powder. In a bowl, add avocado paste, flaxseeds powder, fresh cream (2 tbsp.) and honey (1 tbsp.).Mix well to get a smooth paste. Apply on face or other body parts with wrinkles. Leave for an hour and wash off with lukewarm water.

Papaya-Banana Mask – Mash the papaya and banana pieces and mix them well. Apply on skin and leave for 20 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water.

– Sleep Sufficient and Sleep Right.
– Don’t Stress.
– Don’t Smoke; Don’t Smoke Passively Too.
– Protect Skin from Harmful Sunrays.

– Yoga can minimize face wrinkles.
– Drink plenty of fresh fruit juices instead of soft drinks.
– Eat healthy food and avoid junk foods, and oily foods.
