Asthma is one of the most common allergy-triggered immune diseases of modern times. It is a common inflammatory condition of the lungs. However, here are a few superfoods you could incorporate in your diet to fight asthma naturally.
Spinach: Experts say that a high intake of spinach is directly related to a lowered risk of asthma. Also, magnesium deficiency is prevelant with people suffering from asthma, which is present in spinach. Also, intravenous treatments with magnesium are known be halt asthma attacks. I had no idea that there was such thing as an anti asthma diet. I have been suffering with asthma ever since I was 8 years old. I knew that there were some foods that you should avoid though.
