Have just recently bought a Himalayan salt lamp ,(tea light burner) can't say yet I've noticed any difference, have only used it the once though , so I suppose time will tell ???

First of all it comes from Pakistan  ... it does have a very trace amount of the 84 elements but not enough to really make all that much of a difference. It also contains small traces of radio active materials too so to the people who believe the small races of the good things help then you would have to say the small traces of radiation harms..

The claims that it helps high blood pressure is nonsense ALL forms of salt raise blood pressure not lower it.
