6. Butter Milk

This simple homemade treatment for relief from the symptoms of acidity is a natural and safe yet effective option. Mix butter milk with approximately ¼ teaspoon of powdered black pepper for immediate relief.

 7. Mint

The home remedy could be easily prepared or taken in depending on your preference. It is a good treatment option for cases of indigestion. You can simply chew raw mint leaves or make fresh mint juice for regular consumption.

 8. Ginger
