Mix together 1 glass of grapefruit juice,1 tsp of honey and 2 tsp apple vinegar in a blender. You may substitute the grapefruit with an orange if you prefer. Drink the juice before lunch or dinner, 7 days in a row. After that take a break of 7 days and then you can repeat the procedure for 7 more days. Not sure, Grapefruit is on my beneficial list of foods for my blood type so I like to research when something pops up. I'm on a Candida food diet at the moment so all sugars are off limits for me. This process includes honey and apple cider vinager. Both no no's on the candida food program my Naturopath has set up. So - I don't know if this works, and haven't tried it.
