Place slices of watermelon, strawberries, and ½ cup of sugar into a blender, and blend until smooth. You can also add lime zest or lime juice for refreshingly tangy touch. Pour the watermelon strawberry puree into freezer pop molds, place cover and craft sticks, and freeze overnight.

2.Watermelon Salsa

Put lime zest, lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and ¾ teaspoon pepper in a bowl and stir them together. Add small cubes of watermelon, cucumber, mango, jalapeno, onion, and basil to this, and toss gently. Chill the salsa for an hour. Add garlic salt before serving. Serve with chips or nachos.

Put slices of watermelon, lime juice, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and salt in a blender, and blend until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a baking dish. Freeze this mixture until edges begin to set. Scrape to break up frozen portions. Repeat this process in every 20 minutes until mixture resembles fluffy shaved ice. Serve it in granita bowls, and sprinkle with ground chile.

Brush olive oil on both sides of watermelon cubes. Grill these cubes over heat until you see grill marks on them, and they are slightly softened. Remove from grill to serve. Sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground pepper.

Puree slices of watermelon, strawberry, and yogurt in a blender. Combine rolled oats, chia seeds, vanilla extracts, and milk in a bowl. Add watermelon-strawberry yogurt, and mix until it’s completely combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and leave in the fridge overnight.

Put few watermelon slices in a blender, and puree until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve. Boil ½ cup water and one cup sugar over medium-heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, and stir in a jar of cold water and lemon juice. In a glass, pour the watermelon puree over ice, and top it with the lemonade.

Mix sliced red onion with lime juice in a bowl, and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes. Stir two teaspoons of olive oil into mixture. Add small cubes of watermelon, baby cucumbers, and feta cheese in a separate bowl. Pour the marinated red onion mixture over the watermelon mixture. Sprinkle mint over the salad and toss.
