Sooooo need to get back into a routine! My back and neck hurt ( along with chronic headaches and baaaaaad reflux due to weight!!)

I am in my 70s and yoga keeps me flexible and in balance. Have a daily yoga practice and you won't have any trouble getting off the floor.
Take some classes. You will be amazed at how quickly you improve. Before you know it, you'll get on and off the floor.
there is not a thing like a 10 min yoga..yoga is a lifestyle..it has been marketed and diluted for the masses.
Totally agree...I experience the same. I do yoga more than an hr thrice a week for more than an year, and is making me feel overall more energetic and fit...
